Vanguard Meetings and Incentives, a division of Vanguard Travel Unlimited, has more than 25 years experience helping companies design and administer effective incentive programs. Many of our clients offer all-expense-paid travel programs to achieve their incentive program objectives; others choose to offer a variety of high quality non-cash incentives and recognition awards. Vanguard Travel has a staff of 17 highly qualified travel counselors, skilled in both domestic and international travel planning. These counselors and the other travel professionals in our company have total collective experience in the travel industry exceeding 350 years. Our personnel have between two and 32 years with Vanguard, and an average length of service of ten years. We are committed to creating and sharing a respectful, supportive work environment, and we encourage every staff member to pursue professional development opportunities.

Vanguard Travel is a member in good standing of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) and adheres to ASTA’s standards for professional conduct and ethics. Our staff includes five Certified Travel Counselors, which is the highest credential available in the travel industry.

Our office is open to serve customers from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., central time, Monday through Friday. We offer toll-free telephone access to customers from anywhere in the United States. When our office is not open our customers have toll-free access to comprehensive global emergency travel assistance services from an affiliate.
